About DeskDay
DeskDay is a professional services automation platform for managed service providers, positioned as a modern alternative to legacy PSA suites. It brings ticketing, project management, contracts, invoicing and timesheets into one system, and puts an AI copilot named Helena inside every ticket to help technicians resolve issues faster.
It suits MSPs and internal IT teams that want to run service delivery from a single queue. Tickets arrive through Microsoft Teams, email, the web, and desktop and mobile apps, and land in a unified conversational queue. The platform covers SLA and time tracking, a workflow builder, a knowledge base, quality assurance checks, reporting and analytics, a branded customer web portal, single sign on and custom support mailboxes. AI features in the current plans include reply drafting, sentiment analysis and guided resolutions; a digital workforce of role specific AI agents is announced as coming soon. Integrations listed include Datto, NinjaOne, QuickBooks and Xero, with some connections marked as coming soon.
Pricing is published per technician. The Standard plan is $79 per technician per month billed monthly, with a two seat minimum, or $59 per technician per month billed annually with no minimum. A one time onboarding fee of $800 applies, waived on annual plans of at least two licenses. The Enterprise plan is $499 per month on an annual commitment, covering five seats with additional seats at $69 each, and adds fully branded Teams, mobile and desktop apps for customers, with the onboarding fee waived. Both plans include a 14 day free trial and free migration of tickets, customers and users.
