formsflow.ai is a low code platform for building online forms and the approval workflows that sit behind them. It is presented by AOT Technologies, a software company founded in Victoria, British Columbia in 2011. The aim is to turn a submitted form into a routed process, with submissions moving to the right approver and through decision rules without manual follow up. The form builder is drag and drop and supports data validation, conditional fields, file uploads, signatures and step by step form wizards. An AI assistant called Flow E takes a written brief and drafts a form, which the user can then refine by giving instructions or editing the draft directly. The paid plans list a native AI and MCP form builder, and the Enterprise tier extends this to a BPMN workflow builder. Workflows can be built with no code tools or with standard BPMN and DMN notations, so process experts and developers can work on the same definitions. Webhooks, an API and app connectors handle integration, and role based access control is included. It suits government bodies, enterprises and teams that handle sensitive client data and need audit trails, approvals and flexible deployment. The public cloud is fully managed by the vendor, and private cloud and self hosted options are also offered. Public cloud pricing is published with unlimited users. Go is free forever and covers up to 250 form submissions per month, with best effort support; inactive Go instances may be deactivated. Professional costs $99 per month billed monthly or $79 per month on the annual option, includes up to 2,500 submissions per month and one business day support, and carries a one month free offer. Enterprise is quoted individually with unlimited submissions, SSO and SAML, audit logs and five business hour support.
