About Lido
Lido extracts structured data from documents and delivers it as a spreadsheet. Users upload invoices, receipts, bank statements, purchase orders, medical forms or handwritten pages, and Lido returns the fields and line items as Excel, Google Sheets or CSV without any template setup or model training. The service positions itself against legacy OCR, which typically needs templates per document layout and weeks of implementation.
It is built for finance and operations teams in accounting, accounts payable, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and healthcare. Input can be PDFs, scans, images, emails or Word files in any language. Beyond extraction, Lido validates extracted values against internal systems and triggers downstream workflows, and the higher tiers expose an API and workflow tools so extraction can run inside an existing process rather than through the web interface. Enterprise customers get custom ERP integrations and live onboarding from a US based account manager.
Lido publishes three plans. Standard is $29 per month for 100 pages per month, one user, any file type and export to Excel or CSV. Scale is $7,000 per year for 42,000 pages per year, up to 10 users, API and workflow access, and priority email and chat support. Enterprise starts from $35,000 per year with custom page limits, custom ERP integrations and dedicated support. New accounts get 50 free pages that do not expire and no credit card is required.
Lido began as a spreadsheet product and the name still appears in older reviews in that context. The site today sells only document extraction, and nothing on it describes a spreadsheet application, so anyone looking for Lido's former spreadsheet should treat it as discontinued.
