Moveworks is an enterprise AI assistant platform that lets employees search for answers and take action across business applications from a single conversational interface. It combines enterprise search over connected systems such as Slack, OneDrive, SharePoint and Confluence with AI agents that complete tasks end to end, so a request to reset a password, check a benefits policy or raise a purchase order is resolved in the chat rather than routed to a queue. It is built for large organizations and is used across IT, HR, finance, sales, marketing, engineering and government. Capabilities that matter include search across more than 50 integrated applications, omnichannel access through chat tools, the web, mobile and employee portals, support for more than 100 languages, and Tool Studio for building custom agents against internal systems. The platform carries FedRAMP authorization and supports HIPAA and GDPR requirements. Pricing is quote based. Buyers should know that ServiceNow completed its acquisition of Moveworks on December 15, 2025. Moveworks conversational AI and enterprise search have since been added to the ServiceNow AI Platform, and the company presents ServiceNow Otto as the unified AI experience for the enterprise, so the product is increasingly sold as part of ServiceNow rather than as a standalone offering.
