Ringable is an AI phone operator for small and growing businesses. It answers inbound calls on the business's existing number, handles common questions from the company's own information, routes callers, takes messages to email or SMS, and books, reschedules and confirms appointments against Google Calendar or Calendly. Setup starts by pasting a website URL and connecting a number, after which the agent already understands the business. The product is organized as a roster of named AI teammates. Maya is the front desk receptionist; Sophie is the sales assistant that qualifies inbound leads, runs outbound follow up calls and SMS nurture, and updates the CRM; and a no code builder lets users train a custom agent with their own branching and handoffs. Liam (support), Elena (intake for medical, dental and legal practices) and Norm (outreach and feedback calls) are listed as available soon with waitlists. All plans include multilingual agents, custom greetings, concurrent call handling, warm transfers to staff with transcript and intent attached, call summaries, recordings and searchable transcripts, and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Shopify, Stripe, Zapier, Jira, Notion, ServiceNow and others. Pricing is published in US dollars with a 14 day free trial. Starter is $49 per month for one agent and 200 minutes with message taking and call transfers. Pro is $149 per month for two or more agents, 600 minutes, warm transfers and training files. Growth is $299 per month for multiple lines, 1,500 minutes, outbound calls and routing across several locations; at the time of writing it is offered at $99 per month for the first three months. A Custom tier for franchises and enterprises, with HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliance, custom SOPs, SLAs and a dedicated account representative, is priced on request.
