About Spatial
Spatial.ai sells PersonaLive, a behavioral segmentation platform for retail marketers and location strategists. PersonaLive assigns every US household to one of 17 high level groups and 80 behavioral segments built from four dimensions: demographics, social media activity, mobile movement data and credit card transactions. Brands use it to learn which kinds of people are their best customers, where those people live and shop, and how to reach more of them.
It serves retailers, ecommerce brands and agencies. Users upload CRM contact lists to see which segments are most valuable, or upload a visitation report or draw a polygon on a map to see which segments visit a store. Spend data compares market share against competitors by segment and shows how much each segment spends on different brands over time. Segment portraits describe the brands customers visit, the accounts they follow on social media, their preferred channels and key demographic traits to guide ad imagery and copy, and top segments export as audiences to Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and direct mail. A site selection workflow appends segments to foot traffic data and maps them across DMAs, zip codes and census block groups.
