About timeOS
timeOS is an AI meeting assistant that goes beyond note taking and carries out what the meeting decided. It joins calls across video platforms, transcribes and summarizes them, then drafts the follow up emails, writes the action items, cuts the clips and pushes the results into the tools where the work lives.
Before a meeting it prepares a brief using context from LinkedIn, Gmail threads, the calendar and previous notes. During the meeting it captures notes in more than 60 languages. Afterwards a builder turns the transcript into whatever the user needs: charts, video clips, structured tables, summaries and follow ups. Prebuilt templates package those outputs by role, turning a sales call into a qualified lead record, a podcast session into a content plan of posts, video ideas and a carousel, a coaching call into client action items and next session goals, a user interview into prioritized feedback with supporting quotes, and an investor sync into a company dashboard logged to a Notion database. A follow up agent writes emails in the user's own voice and saves them as reusable templates. There is a macOS app, a Chrome extension and more than 15 integrations.
