A single capture produces a polished product video, a written step by step guide and an entry in a searchable knowledge base, in more than 120 languages, which the company frames as a workflow knowledge layer that both people and agents can query. It is built for teams that have to document software: product, support, enablement and training. Recording happens through a browser extension or an upload, after which the service transcribes the session, polishes the script, narrates it with an AI voice and assembles the video, while generating manuals and standard operating procedures from the same source. Editing covers trim, split, skip, sync and crop, plus AI rewriting, automatic annotations and a screenshot editor. Translation carries both video and documents into other languages with multi language share pages. Higher tiers add premium voices, custom voice and avatar clones, a brand kit holding logos, backgrounds, music, glossary and pronunciations, AI search across every video and document, custom domain hosting, reviewer and approval workflows, automatic blurring of personal data, SAML single sign on, SCIM and exportable audit logs. A free plan runs for 10 days with 1,000 AI credits a month and recordings up to 5 minutes. Pro is $49 per month, or $40 per month on annual billing, for 2,000 credits, recordings up to 10 minutes and one creator seat, and it removes watermarks and unlocks document and video export. Scale is $249 per month, or $199 on annual billing, for 10,000 credits, 15 minute recordings and three seats. Enterprise is a custom annual contract covering recordings up to 3 hours. Two knowledge base add ons are sold separately: $150 per month, or $120 annually, for unlimited articles and custom branding, and $200 per month, or $180 annually, to add AI search with 1,000 searches and video timestamp search.
