Manifold

Manifold is an enterprise agent platform for life sciences organizations. Its central product, Agent OS, lets teams and their data partners query clinical, genomic and real world data in plain language and receive answers directly, without the underlying data leaving the owner's private cloud. The platform ships specialist agents for common life sciences work. Data ingestion and preparation agents structure datasets so other agents can use them, cohort and query agents build and slice patient cohorts across very large clinical and genomic record sets, and analysis agents run biostatistics, survival analysis and bioinformatics pipelines. Organizations can bring their own agents or design new ones connected to the data, tools and skills each role needs, with pre configured support for Python, R and Nextflow. The vendor's Applied AI team works with customers to get a first agent live. Governance is a core feature. Access and privacy rules apply to every agent action, role based permissions are enforced, and a full audit trail records agent inputs and outputs, including across organizational boundaries when data is opened to partners. The vendor lists SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and publishes a trust center.
