Owlbot

Owlbot is a no code platform for building AI chatbots and agents trained on a company's own content. A user imports a website, PDFs, Word documents or plain text, and Owlbot turns the material into a searchable knowledge base that the agent answers from. Replies cite the document they came from, and conversations can be handed to a human team member. The platform is aimed at businesses that want support, sales or lead generation agents without engineering work. The agent can be named and branded with its own avatar, colors, tone, opening line and base prompt, and the user can choose among 12 language models, including models from Mistral, OpenAI and Anthropic. It supports function calling and more than 95 languages. Deployment options are a chat bubble embedded on a website, an iframe, WhatsApp, Slack or an API. A conversations view lets teams read histories, correct answers and review analytics to see what customers are asking. Owlbot advertises that an agent can be built free with no credit card. Paid plans are priced per month, with a discount for annual billing equal to two free months. Starter costs $19 per month and is meant for small businesses, Small business costs $39 per month and is marked most popular, and Enterprise costs $59 per month.
