Documents arrive by email forwarding, API or upload; extraction runs with Vision AI, Text AI or user defined templates; extracted fields are normalized and validated; and results flow out to Excel, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, Zapier, Power Automate, Make, webhooks and a REST API. It serves operations teams in real estate, logistics, retail, human resources, finance and other document heavy functions, with ready made use cases for invoices and receipts, bills of lading and delivery notes, candidate resumes, property leads and Google Alerts. Every tier includes unlimited mailboxes, advanced post processing and 24/7 AI and self serve support, with chat and email support from the Base tier and priority support on Scale. The service is offered in a dozen languages. Pricing is volume based, in USD and exclusive of tax, and set with a slider by pages per month, where one page equals one credit. The Free tier includes 20 pages a month for one user. Base tier plans run from Micro at $49 per month for 100 pages, through Mini at $89 for 300 pages and Starter at $129 for 1,000 pages, to Premium at $269 for 3,000 pages; annual billing lowers these to $39, $69, $99 and $199 per month respectively. Scale tier plans cover up to 1 million pages a month with up to 100 users, and the Enterprise tier goes to 10 million pages with unlimited users, purchase order and bank wire payment, custom terms and security questionnaires, priced by quote.
