About PLAUD NOTE
PLAUD NOTE is an AI note taking system that pairs a small recording device with transcription and summarization software. The device captures in person conversations and phone calls, while the apps also handle online meetings, so that recordings from different settings end up in one workflow. The Plaud range includes Plaud Note, Plaud Note Pro, and the wearable NotePin and NotePin S, and a Plaud One device is listed as waitlist only.
Recordings are transcribed and turned into structured notes using Plaud Intelligence. The software offers custom templates and an industry glossary, and is available as a mobile app, a web app and a desktop app. The vendor also publishes a device SDK and API, an MCP server and a CLI for developers, a Team plan for businesses, and use case pages for sales, healthcare, finance, real estate, consulting, legal and education, plus an eligible members program for students, educators, healthcare workers and the military.
The typical user is a professional in back to back meetings, client calls or interviews who wants hands free capture and finished notes without typing.
Pricing has two parts. Devices are sold separately, with Plaud Note Pro listed at $189, Plaud NotePin S at $179, and Plaud Note and NotePin at $159 each. Transcription runs on plans: a free Starter plan with 300 minutes per month, a Pro plan with 1,200 minutes per month at $99.99 per year or $17.99 per month, and an Unlimited plan at $239.99 per year or $29.99 per month.
