About Ritual
Ritual is a discovery to recommendations workflow that gives AI tools and agents better context before they build. It addresses what the vendor calls context debt, where AI output drifts or needs rework because the problem was never well defined.
The Builder workflow moves through five stages. Users define a problem and craft a problem statement, explore the problem space with curated discovery questions, deep dive by adding knowledge sources and drafting answers with Ritual's agent, receive explainable recommendations, and then deliver build ready outputs such as requirements, implementation plans and specifications. A template library covers common use cases, and recommendations can be iterated on with collaborators and knowledge sources.
Ritual is aimed at product managers, engineering teams and strategy leads. Documented use cases include agentic coding, where a plugin and MCP connection gives Claude Code, Codex and Cursor context to catch blind spots before they build, prototyping that pressure tests an idea before development, turning a vague feature idea into product requirements, and turning a strategy document into an actionable plan.
The site offers a free way to get started. No paid plan prices are published, so the cost of higher tiers is not shown on the site.
