Documents arrive by email, scanner, shared drive, PEPPOL or API; Rossum's proprietary transactional language model, branded Aurora, extracts the fields, handles 276 languages and handwriting, and learns continuously from reviewer corrections. It is built for enterprise finance, shared service and supply chain teams in manufacturing, logistics, retail, technology, construction and wholesale distribution. Beyond extraction, Rossum cross validates data against ERP master data and third party APIs, computes GL, tax and HS codes, enforces custom business logic, detects duplicates, and routes approvals with automatic approve and reject rules. AI agents draft exception emails to suppliers, and integrations push results into SAP, Coupa, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics. Reporting covers throughput, accuracy and audit trails, and a document archive supports search. Pricing is published as four annual plans with a one year minimum contract. Starter begins at $18,000 per year with unlimited seats, Aurora extraction, a validation interface, a 12 month archive and API access. Business, Enterprise and Ultimate are custom priced: Business adds custom logic, master data matching and ERP integrations, Enterprise adds single sign on, a sandbox, translation and a preferred cloud region, and Ultimate adds multi document transactions, a custom email domain, an embeddable interface and a three year archive. Rossum was acquired by Coupa, and its site now positions the product as part of Coupa's move toward autonomous spend management.
