Runway is an AI research company whose creative platform generates and edits video, images and audio in the browser. Its Gen series of video models, currently Gen 4.5, produces clips from text and image prompts with strong motion quality, prompt adherence and visual fidelity, and the company frames all of this as part of building General World Models that can understand, simulate and act in the world. The platform is organized into three products. Runway Creative is the cloud based suite for filmmakers, advertisers, designers and content teams, with generation, editing and brand kits in one place. Runway Dev is the API platform for developers who want Runway's models and others from partner labs inside their own software. Runway Robotics applies the world model work to policy inference through photorealistic simulation, and Solaris, its first Interface World Model, generates interactive interfaces frame by frame in real time. Pricing for the creative platform is credit based and published in US dollars with a 20 percent discount for annual billing. Free is $0 with a one time grant of 125 credits, a selection of models and 5GB of storage. Standard is $15 per month, or $12 on annual billing, with 625 credits a month, all video and image models, five parallel generations and 20GB of storage. Pro is $35 per month, or $28 annually, with 2,250 credits, 15 parallel generations, a Brand Kit and 100GB. Max is $95 per month, or $76 annually, with 9,500 credits, early access to new models, 20 parallel generations and 500GB. Enterprise pricing is handled through sales.
