Talknotes

Talknotes is a voice note app that records speech and uses AI to transcribe it and turn it into structured text. After recording, the user picks an output style such as a short note, a cleaned up transcript, a list, a formal email, a task list, a journal entry, a flashcard, a tweet or a LinkedIn post, and custom styles can be created. It works in more than 50 languages. The app is aimed at professionals who prefer to speak rather than type, including people capturing ideas, meeting follow ups and drafts. It is available on the web, iOS and Android. Paid plans include unlimited notes, recordings up to two hours, file uploads, storage and organization of notes, and export to text, email, a URL and other destinations. A short interactive demo on the home page lets visitors try a one minute recording before signing up. There is one paid plan with all features, priced at $19.97 per month billed monthly, or $197 per year billed annually, which the site presents as $16 per month. A 7 day free trial is offered.
