TIFIN.AI is sold as composable agent components that deploy on the technology stack a firm already runs, licensed as software, with the intent that a firm switches on one component, measures it and adds more over time. The customers are wealth managers, RIA aggregators, asset managers, family offices, wealthtech providers and insurers. The component library is organized by function. Operations agents handle account opening, KYC and AML, ACATS transitions, firm onboarding, CRM maintenance, document intelligence and meeting preparation. Investment agents cover model delivery, drift detection, research, performance reporting, private markets and annuities. Growth agents handle client knowledge, exposure analysis, distribution and marketing, and business management agents cover practice profit and loss, advisor productivity, client profitability, capacity planning and forecasting. The architecture layers a human system experience across chat, documents, CRM, voice and mobile over agent orchestration, an agent library, a context layer and enterprise controls for privacy, compliance, observability and explainability.
