It connects the systems a venue already uses, such as point of sale, rostering and accounting, to remove manual data entry and give owners and managers live figures on sales, labor costs and inventory. The product covers automated end of night reports, projections for sales and staffing, and views tailored to venue owners, managers, shift supervisors and team members. On its top tier it adds two AI features: an AI Data Assistant that answers questions about the venue's data, and an AI Venue Assistant that gives the team up to date knowledge about the venue. The vendor says automation can reduce time spent on operational tasks by 80 percent and offers a 30 day free trial. It suits independent cafes through to multi location venues. Pricing is per venue per month and has three plans. Basic covers core reporting and analytics, Premium adds live system integrations with real time data sync, and Ultra adds the AI assistants and priority access to new features. The pricing page shows two sets of prices behind an annual and monthly toggle: $129, $189 and $249 in one set, and $155, $227 and $299 in the other, for Basic, Premium and Ultra respectively.
