About Coda
Coda is an all in one collaborative workspace that combines documents, spreadsheet style tables, applications and AI. Teams use it to build writeups, team hubs, trackers and small internal apps using formulas, buttons and automations, with connected tables whose edits sync across views. The vendor has announced that Coda is now Superhuman Docs, described as an evolution that adds enterprise ready databases, AI views and deeper AI collaboration, and its pricing page uses the Superhuman Docs name.
AI features include a Docs AI assistant, in beta, that can build proposals, trackers and dashboards from a request, refine and polish documents, and answer questions about content across a workspace. MCP support allows tools such as Claude to create content in docs. Packs and an API extend the platform with integrations, and a gallery publishes example solutions.
It is aimed at teams that want one place for planning, meetings, project management and knowledge sharing in place of several separate tools.
Pricing is per Doc Maker, meaning the people who build and edit docs. Free costs 0 dollars and includes collaborative docs, formulas and automations, with limited trials of AI and MCP. Pro is 12 dollars per month billed annually or 15 dollars billed monthly, adding unlimited doc size, 30 day version history and custom branding and domains. Business is 33 dollars per month billed annually or 40 dollars billed monthly, adding databases, unlimited automations and unlimited version history. Enterprise is custom priced and adds SAML single sign on, SCIM provisioning, audit events, SOC 2 Type 2 reporting and HIPAA compliance.
