About Cogram
Cogram is an AI platform for architects and engineers, built to streamline the paperwork that surrounds design and construction projects. Founded in 2021, it replaces older project software with tools that handle documentation, correspondence and field reporting using each firm's own templates and data rules.
The Project platform includes an agent for asking questions and analyzing project documents, AI email filing and search across project correspondence, RFI and submittal logging and review that integrates with Procore, automated meeting minutes for virtual and in person meetings, and field reports created from spoken observations and photos. It connects with Procore, Deltek, Unanet, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Autodesk, Zoom and Google Meet. The vendor says it holds SOC 2 Type II, does not train AI on customer data, and supports single sign on and role based access controls. Customers range from small studios to large firms delivering projects such as hospitals, airports and data centers.
Pricing is modular with floating licenses. The Individuals plan is $79 per month and covers meeting minutes, field reports and the project agent, with a 14 day free trial. Teams and firms are priced per seat depending on the products chosen, and require booking a demo.
The registry lists this under video tools, but the product is a project management and documentation platform for the built environment.
