Healthee is a benefits navigation platform that sits between an employer's health plans and the people covered by them. Its central feature is Zoe, an AI health concierge that answers coverage questions in plain language, explains what a plan pays for, and points employees toward care that fits their situation. The aim is to cut the administrative load that lands on HR teams during open enrollment and across the plan year, while giving employees instant answers instead of a phone queue. The platform is built for HR leaders, finance leaders, benefits advisors, third party administrators and professional employer organizations. A plan comparison tool scores options against a household's needs and shows estimated yearly totals, per paycheck costs and deductibles side by side, with filters for plan type, savings account eligibility, provider inclusion and referral preferences. Cost transparency features compare prices for care, and a digital medical ID tracks deductibles and stores insurance cards. Telehealth gives round the clock access to licensed physical and mental health providers with no copay. On the employer side, Healthee adds an AI engine for fraud, waste and abuse recoupment, claims analytics, pharmacy management, a cash pay bundled network called Healthee Access, and a marketplace of partner healthcare solutions. Healthee does not publish prices. Every plan is quoted, and the site routes buyers through a demo request form that asks for headcount, role and organization type before a thirty minute walkthrough is scheduled. What a buyer pays therefore depends on company size and on which modules are selected.
