PAXAFE offers CONTXT, a GxP decision intelligence platform for the pharmaceutical cold chain. Data Foundry ingests data from IoT devices, packaging providers, carriers, visibility platforms and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, QMS, TMS and WMS through API, EDI and file based feeds, and normalizes it into one shipment record. Agent Harness encodes a company's SOPs, lane rules and workflows as playbooks without custom development. The Interface layer includes Lane Qualification and Risk Intelligence, a Cold Chain Command Center, Product Release and Lineage for excursion handling, Automation Workflows, Insights dashboards and Ask Athena, an agent that answers questions grounded in batch and lane data with sources shown. It is available in Slack and Microsoft Teams as well as the web interface. The vendor describes the environment as GxP validated and audit ready.
