PixieBrix

PixieBrix is a browser extension platform for customer care and contact center operations that records what agents do in the browser and enforces policies on those actions in real time. It deploys as a lightweight extension for Chrome, Edge or Island on any operating system, without a desktop agent, and works with the web applications a team already uses. Operations teams use it to see browser level actions such as refunds, copy and paste and record edits, then set rules that monitor, warn or block them. The policy engine supports custom logic for multi step workflows and cross tab matching, for example tying a live call to a lookup. The vendor targets revenue leakage from off policy refunds and discounts, account abuse and data loss, and also supports investigation and audit. Activity data can be exposed over MCP to correlate with other data sets. The platform also supports low code and AI assisted policy development and a marketplace of mods that adjust web applications. Pricing is published per user per month, with monthly and annual billing options. The pricing page lists a Free plan at $0 per user per month for individuals and small teams, a Team plan from $10 per user per month, a Starter plan between $15 and $25 and a Business plan between $30 and $40 per user per month depending on the billing period. Enterprise pricing is custom and adds SAML 2.0 single sign on, professional services and a support SLA. Premium bricks and API credits are sold as add ons.
