About Salesforce AI
Salesforce AI, presented on the vendor site as AIforce, is a set of ways to use Salesforce data, agents and workflows inside the tools where people already work. Rather than asking users to move into the CRM, it brings Salesforce context and actions into other interfaces while keeping Salesforce identity, permissions and governance in place.
It is aimed at Salesforce customers and the developers who extend their instance. The experiences listed include Claudeforce, which pairs a prebuilt Salesforce MCP server with 37 ready to use sales skills inside Claude; Slackforce, which makes Slack an interactive surface for Salesforce; Agentforce Coworker, an AI teammate within Salesforce that reasons across accounts, activity and history; and the Headless Toolkit, which gives developers Salesforce MCP servers, APIs, plug ins and skills to build their own experiences.
Agentforce pricing is published separately and is shown in localized currencies, so figures here are quoted in US dollars as displayed. Flex Credits cost $500 per 100,000 credits, charged per action. Conversations cost $2 per conversation. Per user licensing is also available, with editions that include an Agentforce add on listed from $550 per user per month. Buying models include pre purchase, pre commit and pay as you go, and the page advises contacting a sales representative for detailed pricing.
