Scribbl is an AI meeting note taker for Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams that works without a bot joining the call. Google Meet is covered by a Chrome extension, while Zoom and Teams use the Scribbl Desktop app. Each meeting returns AI notes, action items, a searchable transcript and the video. The product's emphasis is on what happens after the meeting. Claude or ChatGPT can be connected to search the transcripts and notes of recorded meetings, so one question can cover a week of calls, and by default Scribbl asks before it changes anything in connected tools. Smart Collections sort meetings automatically from a one sentence description, for example sales calls or hiring. Integrations include HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Monday and Google Drive, and Automations run follow up tasks on a schedule or trigger. It suits individuals whose work is meetings, and teams that share customers, projects and follow up. The Free plan costs $0 with 10 meetings a month, no limit on meeting length, and one AI chat question per meeting. Pro is $13 per user per month billed annually, or $20 billed monthly, with unlimited meetings and AI chat, the integrations, Claude and ChatGPT access, and 50 Automation runs a month. Team is $20 per person per month billed annually, or $29 monthly, for three or more people, with unlimited Automation runs and shared meetings once teammates agree. One or two people on Team pay $50 per person a month.
