About The Drive AI
The Drive AI is an AI file assistant that organizes, searches and creates documents from plain English requests. It reads the contents of each file rather than relying on its name, so a folder of scanned or badly named documents can be sorted by client, year, vendor or property without manual renaming.
Users connect Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint or Dropbox, or work in the product's own workspace, which includes version history, permissions by file and folder, file requests and e signature. The assistant can sort and rename files, answer questions across thousands of documents with cited sources, summarize material, merge PDFs, share files and send documents for signature. It shows a plan before acting, applies small changes at once, asks for approval on large ones and can undo what it did. Workflows run on every new file that arrives from uploads, Gmail, Outlook, Slack or Teams. A Chrome extension and mobile apps for iOS and Android are available, and solution pages cover uses such as real estate transaction files.
The product suits teams and individuals whose documents are scattered across drives and inboxes, such as agencies, finance groups and property professionals.
The Free plan costs nothing and includes 20 assistant tasks a month, 1 GB of storage and up to 50 files. Premium is $199.99 per year on annual billing with 500 tasks a month and 20 GB of storage. Max is $999.99 per year with 2,000 tasks a month, 500 GB of storage, connected drives, workflows on external apps, e signatures and priority support. Team is $79 per seat per month billed annually, or $95 monthly, with a three seat minimum.
