About Lynq
Lynq's domain now forwards to General Employee, an AI receptionist for local service businesses, and that is the product a visitor to lynq.ai reaches today. General Employee answers phone calls, text messages and website chats around the clock, screens the inquiry, chases leads that have gone quiet and books the job straight into the business's calendar. The archived Lynq site sold the same thing, an AI receptionist that captured out of hours bookings for dealerships and service centers, so the forward reads as a continuation under a new name rather than a change of business.
It is built for auto shops, dental practices, med spas, HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, pest control, garage door technicians and retailers. Capabilities include pickup within seconds on nights and weekends, appointment booking synced to the existing calendar, two way SMS and web chat, warm transfers to staff, support for more than 30 languages including Spanish, daily summaries of calls handled, jobs booked and revenue, and integrations with Stripe, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Salesforce, Housecall Pro and more than 120 other tools. The vendor states SOC 2 Type II is in progress, alongside GDPR and HIPAA compliance and PCI safe payment handling.
Pricing is published as two plans billed annually at a 20 percent discount. Standard is $300 per month billed annually against a regular price of $375, and covers calls, scheduling and basic SMS. Premium is $400 per month billed annually against a regular price of $500, and adds web chat, two way SMS, warm transfers and advanced scheduling. A 30 day free trial is offered with no setup fees.
The General Employee site does not mention the Lynq name anywhere, so a buyer following an older Lynq reference should confirm with the vendor that contracts and data carry over.
