Blue Prism, now sold as SS&C Blue Prism, is an enterprise automation platform that combines robotic process automation, business process management and agentic AI. Its digital workers execute rules based processes across applications, and the newer agentic layer lets AI agents take on the parts of a process that require judgment, with human teams, agents and digital workers coordinated from one control plane. It serves large organizations in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, public sector, telecommunications, energy and utilities. The foundation products are Blue Prism Enterprise, installed on premises, and Blue Prism Cloud, a fully managed SaaS edition. Around them sit Chorus for end to end process management, Process Intelligence for assessing and monitoring processes, Capture and Decipher for intelligent document processing, Document Automation and Email AI for unstructured content, Desktop for attended automation, Interact for human and digital worker collaboration, Decision for decision logic, UX Builder for low code interfaces, AI Gateway for governing enterprise AI use, and WorkHQ, the unified agentic automation workspace with prebuilt and custom agent templates. A free trial of up to 30 days is available for either the on premises platform or Blue Prism Cloud, with all features enabled, free training and community support, and the cloud option includes Interact. A separate Learning Edition exists for skills building without a full trial. Blue Prism has been part of SS&C Technologies since its acquisition, and all product branding now carries the SS&C prefix.
