About Brainfish
Brainfish is an AI customer support and knowledge management platform. Companies load their help content into a knowledge base, and Brainfish's AI agents generate answers from that content for customers and staff. Answers stream in real time and can be delivered through help portals, website widgets, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email and other channels, so the same knowledge serves self service, internal support and agent assistance.
It is built for support and product teams at software companies that want to deflect routine tickets and keep documentation current. Capabilities documented in the product's help center and API reference include AI agents for answer generation, document management with collections and catalogs for organizing content, distribution across multiple channels, analytics on conversation threads with filtering and pagination, integrations with Slack, Teams and Salesforce, a workflow feature called Ballet, and a dedicated security and compliance section. A REST API with bearer token authentication lets developers manage the knowledge base, generate answers and embed Brainfish capabilities in their own applications, with a published rate limit of 25 requests per minute on most endpoints.
Brainfish does not publish plan names or prices in its documentation or help center, and its main marketing site sits behind a security checkpoint that blocks automated access, so pricing should be treated as unpublished and requested from the vendor directly.
The company runs its product at brainfi.sh with a separate help center and a public status page, and the brainfish.ai domain redirects to the same site.
