About Ivy.ai
Ivy.ai builds generative AI chatbots for higher education, healthcare and government organizations. Its chatbot, IvyQuantum, is trained only on the customer's own content: an AI web crawler indexes the organization's public websites and knowledge bases, and once an organization becomes a customer the crawler is configured to reach authenticated web properties as well. The bot then answers student, patient or resident questions from those primary sources, and a daily crawl keeps answers current so staff update the source once rather than maintaining the bot separately.
It is aimed at universities, hospitals and state and local government agencies that want to reduce call, email and chat volume. The platform answers in more than 100 languages through Google Translate, and works across web chat, SMS, IVR telephony, email notifications and Amazon Alexa voice. Integrations with third party systems let it personalize responses from a user's own records. The Campus Professional Plan bundles the generative chatbot, the ChatbotSync daily web crawl, a conversations inbox, cluster analysis, custom forms, calendar scheduling, white labeling, a Brain Scan tool with bulk edit and replace, omnichannel live chat, unlimited administrators, Outlook and Gmail integration, reporting dashboards, benchmark and gap analysis and Facebook Messenger. SMS message packs, IVR telephony, a financial aid content pack and custom integrations are priced as add ons.
Pricing is quote based. For higher education it is calculated from the number of full time equivalent students and the content areas the bot will cover, such as admissions, financial aid, registrar and IT help desk, through a request quote form on the pricing page; healthcare, government and private company pricing is also by quote.
Ivy.ai is part of Gravyty, which offers it alongside Ocelot as an AI engagement platform for higher education.
