Vid.AI turns a written idea into a finished, publishable video. Type a description of up to 500 characters and the platform writes the script, narrates it, selects the footage, adds music and captions and renders a video ready to post as a faceless YouTube upload, a Short, a TikTok or a Reel. Voiceovers come from a set of 33 selected ElevenLabs narrators on their newest model, with the option to pull any voice from the wider ElevenLabs library. Footage is licensed stock from Storyblocks, matched clip by clip to what the script is saying, with extra clips added for long scenes. Higher plans add cinematic opening shots generated by a video model, motion graphics, HD moving images and animated avatars with automatic lip sync and natural gestures. Formats include vertical shorts and widescreen videos up to 20 minutes, along with split screen layouts and the text message story format. A timeline editor is available for manual adjustment, and an MCP connection lets a video be requested from inside Claude or ChatGPT using the plan's credits. Three plans are published in USD, billed monthly or annually. Starter is $39 a month or $369 a year and covers 40 one minute short form videos or 4 long form videos of 10 minutes. Plus is $99 a month or $947 a year, doubling that allowance and unlocking the premium video models. Pro is $199 a month or $1,919 a year with 300 short form or 30 long form videos and priority support. Script writing, voiceover, captions, stock footage and animated avatars are included on every plan, annual billing saves up to 21 percent, and unused credits are refundable within 30 days of payment.
